FCS Software Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2010, inter alia, has fixed March 02, 2010 as the “Record Date” for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to receive one fully paid bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company as approved by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 13, 2010 (’Bonus Shares’).
